Update from ITS on relocation and scaled-down presence – March 19, 2020
Out of concern for the health of faculty, students and staff, due to the potential impact and spread of the COVID 19/Corona Virus, ITS is operating with a scaled-down presence on campus and full remote support.
To ensure you receive the support you need, please make note of the following information.
Beginning March 20th, the Technology Service Center in the Library is closed for in-person service until further notice. We recognize you may still need to reach us. We are offering in person support in Hemenway Hall labs (room 122) from 9-4 p.m. The ITS-Education Technology Office will also be staffed, but in compliance with social distancing, we are asking that everyone contact us in advance to make an appointment.
