I work at the EARTH Discovery Center at Southwick's Zoo. EARTH stands for Environmental Awareness of Resources and Threatened Habitats, and it is a nonprofit organization within the zoo that is in charge of the zoo's education and conservation efforts. I take care of our education animals and put on live animal presentations for the zoo's visitors. I love educating the public about wildlife conservation. I've always been passionate about wildlife, and I was able to complete my capstone project at FSU on black bear movement in Massachusetts. Now I can use that knowledge to educate visitors about native wildlife!
