Kristin M. Comment earned her Ph.D. in English at the University of Maryland, College Park.  She also holds an M.A. in English from S.U.N.Y. Stony Brook, M.Ed. in English Education from Framingham State College, and a B.A. in Speech and Theater and English from Montclair State College.   Her interests include nineteenth-century American literature, LGBTQ studies, and critical theory.
