Michael Anthony

Michael Anthony is a senior level executive with more than 25 years of success in management consulting as well as entrepreneurial and corporate leadership positions in the electronics, medical devices, and software industries. Throughout his career, Michael has demonstrated his capabilities in product development, channel building, sales expansion, and business development. He has specific expertise in a broad variety of areas including new product development optimization, business strategy formulation and execution, portfolio management, channel alliance and management, business process improvement, technology development and management, intellectual property strategy and licensing, new business development, program management, cross-functional team leadership, start-ups, operations, supply chain optimization, partner development, and acquisition integration.

Michael spent a major portion of his career at PRTM, a management consulting firm. As a Senior Partner, he founded and led PRTM's Technology Group and cofounded PRTM’s Product Development practice which grew to 50% of the company's annual revenue of $300 million globally. This practice was created to improve product development for clients, including cutting the time-to-market for new products in half. This gained the company a global reputation and led to many high-profile clients, including IBM, Seagate Technology, Samsung, Bose, LG, Baxter, Motorola, SAP, Hill Rom, Pitney Bowes, Bayer, Becton Dickinson, and Merck. During his tenure at PRTM, Michael helped to expanded firm’s operations into Europe and founded offices in Asia, allowing him to develop new partnerships across Taiwan, Japan, China, and South Korea. In 2010, PRTM was acquired by PricewaterhouseCoopers for $400 million.

In addition to his executive career, Michael served as Chairman Emeritus of the Board of Trustees of the Wentworth Institute of Technology. He is currently on the Boards of BioGreen 360, and is an Advisory Board Member with Minelight Solutions; he is also the 2nd Vice President for the Blue Wave Taekwondo Association. Michael obtained his MBA from Boston University, and he received his BS in Mechanical Engineering and his AS in Industrial Engineering from the Wentworth Institute of Technology. He also completed the Honeywell Executive Training Program.
