Chief People Officer
The Granite Group
Tracie Sponenberg is the Senior Vice President, Human Resources for The Granite Group, based in Concord, NH which has a proud tradition in the plumbing and heating wholesale supply business dating back to the turn of the last century. She is responsible for leading all human resource functions throughout the company, which has nearly 40 locations, and over 500 employees throughout New England.
With expertise in strategic business development, technology selection and deployment, employee engagement and wellness, employment branding, culture development and turnaround, leadership and team development, organizational and strategy development, along with legal compliance, she has gained a broad generalist background across a wide range of industries in her more than 20 years in human resources, with much of her career focused on working with CEO’s to develop people strategies to help the organizations grow. She began her career in HR while in college, interning with a global public transportation company, and advanced through the organization over the next five years. She found her HR home in smaller, private companies, where she could have the most impact on the business. She’s led the HR function at an award-winning multi-state professional services firm; a Pulitzer-prize winning newspaper and publishing company, and a national wellness distribution company.
Tracie has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The College of The Holy Cross, and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Framingham State University. She is SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified, teaches the SHRM certification course at Southern NH University and speaks on HR issues locally and nationally. She is a co-organizer of DisruptHR NH, a member of her local SHRM chapters, and a member of the national SHRM Special Expertise Panel for HR Disciplines. Through her work with SHRM, her HR expertise has been featured on NPR, and in publications including USA Today, US News and World Report, Employee Benefits News and The Wall Street Journal. She is on the board of her local food co-op, the advisory board of Families in Transition

Director of Human Resources
Consigli
As head of Human Resources, Mike oversees a cross-functional team of 15 HR professionals involved in the recruiting, training, development, diversity outreach, regulatory compliance and benefits management for Consigli’s 1,000+ union and non-union employees across all regional offices. Mike joined Consigli in 2017, bringing over 20 years of expansive human resources expertise to the role. He is a former School Council Member for the Franklin Public Schools and has served on several other boards including youth sports and diversity collaborations around the commonwealth. Mike received his B.S. in Leadership Development and a Certificate in Human Resources from Northeastern University and has a master’s Certificate in Executive Coaching from William James College.

Public Consulting Group (PCG)
Tobi Russell is currently Executive Vice President and member of the Public Consulting Groups’ (PCG) executive team reporting directly to the President. She is responsible for the Human Capital Management strategic development, oversight and implementation of human capital initiatives including talent acquisition, talent development, business partnership, employee relations, risk management & compliance and learning & development programs for a rapidly growing global consulting firm.
Prior to joining Public Consulting Group, Tobi was the Vice President at Cumberland Gulf Group of Companies, as well as Vice President of HR Service Delivery at Hanover Insurance, Worcester, MA.
Her 30 plus years in Human Resources spans various industries including 15 years at Fidelity Investments.
Tobi has an undergraduate degree from Boston College in Human Development and a Master’s Degree from University of Massachusetts, Boston in Instructional Design

Madeline Coffin is a seasoned HR executive who has worked across multiple industries. Most recently, she was the SVP Human Resources at Alkermes, a biotech firm, where she was responsible for leading the HR function and working with the executive team to develop and drive the people strategy. She lead a team of 50+ HR professionals in the US and Ireland.
Prior to Alkermes, Madeline spent many years in the tech sector, and started her own business consulting to emerging tech companies. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and Masters Degree from Cornell University.
Madeline is passionate about fostering excellence in HR and developing emerging HR leaders. Since retiring in mid-2020, she has focused her efforts on mentoring, HR consulting and philanthropy.
