Support Students
Donate NowSupport StudentsDuring this uncertain time, the Framingham State University community is committed to providing assistance and support to every student. All students are facing unprecedented disruptions to their academic journeys as they transition to remote learning, and many will face financial difficulties as a result of the COVID-19 health crisis.
Many alumni and friends have reached out to ask how they can help. You can support Framingham State students experiencing hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic by contributing to one of the funding priorities described below. Your contribution will provide students with emergency financial support, help them overcome barriers to academic success, and keep them on track for graduation.
Student Emergency Fund
The Student Emergency Support Fund exists to help students in crisis by providing immediate financial support. Overseen by the Vice President of Enrollment Management and Student Development, the Fund helps students with expenses that might otherwise derail their education. For example, students have received loaner laptops for online learning and financial support to address housing and food insecurity.
If you are aware of a student who can benefit from this grant, they can apply by emailing alumni@framingham.edu.
Alumni Association Emergency Grant Fund
In 2014, the Framingham State University Alumni Association established an Emergency Fund to provide critical financial support for students in economic distress. Your support of the Emergency Grant Fund can make a real and sustained impact on the life of a Framingham State student in extreme need.
