Dr. Harrison is in his 16th year at Framingham State and 14th year as the Faculty Athletic Representative (FAR). He served as Chair of the Department of Marketing for over 6 years and has over 22 years of business experience working with world-class organizations in aviation, financial services, and consumer electronics as a program manager, performance consultant, and sales trainer. He is published in peer-reviewed journals and is co-author of a book chapter titled “The Future of Business Schools”. Dr. Harrison was named Teacher of the Year in 2010 and Advisor of the Year in 2024. He teaches Sports Marketing, Sales, Marketing Research, and International Business. Dr. Harrison has served on the NCAA Nominating Committee and is currently serving on the NCAA DIII Strategic Planning & Finance Committee. He is also an FAA licensed Flight Dispatcher and Private Pilot. He was recognized by Air Force General Ronald Fogleman for his work as part of the Civil Reserve Air Fleet for the Department of Defense during Desert Shield/Dessert Storm. Dr. Harrison holds a Doctorate of Business Administration in International Business with a cognate in Marketing, an MBA in Finance, a Master of Science in Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
