Banner:
Banner is a fully integrated software solution developed by Ellucian (formerly SunGard SCT), and is used by the University to manage its business operations. The Banner system is organized in different modules that manage student services, finance and human resources.
myFramingham:
The myFramingham portal connects all students with a secure access to personalized information and the ability to complete self-service transactions online. Course schedules, personal information, grades, financial aid and account balance information can be obtained from anywhere on the world-wide web after logging in. Students also are provided the ability to register for courses and pay bills online. A degree-auditing system is available through myFramingham for tracking student progress.
StarRez:
The Office of Residence Life utilizes StarRez, an online web-based student self-service software system, for student housing. Students who want to live on campus may enter our “StarRez myResLife portal” and complete their Housing/Housing Wait List application. The myResLife portal also provides students with self-service for the Room Selection Process in the spring semesters.
DegreeWorks:
Framingham State University provides a degree audit for matriculated students in either a bachelor’s or master’s degree program using DegreeWorks, which can be viewed via myFramingham in the “My Course” channel on the Academic tab. The audits are maintained by the Office of the University Registrar. If there are questions regarding the individual audit, students are asked to come to the Student Service Center, located in the McCarthy Campus Center, Room 515.
