Information Technology Services provides the following services that range from those that are primarily consultative in nature to the management of the University’s IT project portfolio and IT service management functions which includes designing solutions, assisting with procurements, sharing knowledge, planning and coordinating the application of technology and use of information.

Change Management

Knowledge Management is a service provided by ITS to gather, analyze, store and share knowledge about the use of information and the application of supported technology. The primary goal is to improve efficiency by reducing the need to rediscover knowledge. Read more >

Management of Information Technology Incidents and Requests

ITS provides a single point of contact for reporting incidents (when some information systems, online service or device is unavailable or malfunctioning) and submitting routine requests (e.g. increases to quotas for printed pages, assistance with placing orders for computers, new employee setups, etc.). Quotes for Hardware and Software

This service provides quotes for University standard for technology equipment and hardware as well as quotes for products from our standard contracted vendors. If ITS is not able to get a quote or access to a vendor, the Business Office has specific vendors on contract as well. Read more >
