Description:
We all have been there. The stresses of everyday life can be challenging. As a student leader or member of an organization it can be hard to balance out your work, school, and extracurricular activities. This Workshop will discuss ways in which you can reduce the stress in your life as well as listening to yourself in determining when you might be taking on too much and how to lessen the amount on your plate.
