RamTrack is our online job posting database for students, alumni, and employers. It is a great resource for students and alumni to search for internships as well as part-time, full-time, work-study and childcare jobs. It is a job board for employers to post job and internship opportunities.


Employer Login

How to use RamTrack for employers:

1. Visit the link https://www.myinterfase.com/framingham/employer/
2. Click on “Click here to register”
3. Type your organization’s name in the text box provided. (This will check to see if your organization is already registered).
4. If your organization does not come up, please click on “Can’t find your organization?” and fill out the registration form. For the company profile, please enter a brief overview about your organization.
5. Once you click on the “Register” button, (which completes the registration), your company profile will have a pending status until a Career Services administrator activates the profile (which changes your status to Active).
6. After registering, you will be able to post your current positions immediately. Select the “My Jobs” blue tab at the top of your home page. To create a new job, you must select “New Job” from the drop down menu. When you create a new job or edit an existing job, the job will have a “pending status” until the Career Services administrator edits the job status making it “active”.


Student/Alumni Login

How to use RamTrack for students:

1. Go to http://www.myinterfase.com/framingham/student/
2. Click the link that says “Click here to Register”
3. Fill in all fields that are starred with a red asterisk* (use any email)
4. Click “Register” when done filling in the fields
5. Begin your search by clicking tab that says “Job Search” under RamTrack logo
6. Narrow your search down by selecting specific types of jobs or just click search to see ALL available positions

Attention students looking for on-campus and work-study positions only - In the job search drop-down menu place Framingham State in the organization name for a list of all student on-campus positions.


Fraudulent Jobs and How to Avoid Them

If you are ever contacted for a position that seems fraudulent, please contact University Police at 508.626.4911 to share your information with them.

Please be assured that Career Services Staff review each posting to the Ramtrack system in an effort to prevent such fraudulent activity. Please do not hesitate to contact Career Services if you have any questions or concerns.
