NEH American Rescue Plan

In January 2022, Framingham State University received a $192,000 American Rescue Program grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities to bolster Special Collections resources and to launch a Center for Digital Humanities. This center will allow students, faculty, and others throughout the MetroWest region to more fully engage in the digital humanities. A portion of the funds will be aimed at giving non-tenure-track faculty members opportunities to pursue digital humanities projects—some of which will be focused on the NEH theme of “A More Perfect Union.” The award has garnered regional and national attention:
