Graphic Design Minor
MINOR IN GRAPHIC DESIGN (5 COURSES)
Students in the Graphic Design minor will be introduced to the fundamentals of graphic design through hands-on practice with material resources and digital tools. Students study design principles theoretically, practically, and gain knowledge from design professionals.
The minor requires five (5) courses from the following:
- ARTS 140 Introduction to Graphic Design or
- ARTS 230 Digital Tools for Art and Design
- ARTS 216 Interactive Design or
- ARTS 366 Branding and Identity Design
- ARTS 222 Color and Design
- ARTS 335 Principles of User Experience Design
- ARTS 361 Typography
