The Office of the University Registrar at Framingham State University serves as the steward of all student academic records.

This office is responsible for coordinating services and information in the areas of course information (including the University Catalog); semester course offerings & final examination schedule; classroom assignments; major/concentration & minor declaration, advisor assignments; degree audit; certification of enrollment and degrees awarded; name & address changes; posting of mid-semester grade warning, final grades,  grade changes, transcript requests, transfer credit evaluation and maintaining transfer course equivalencies; providing information regarding institutional policies and practices; and privacy and security of academic records.

Office Mission Statement
The Office of the University Registrar is dedicated to safeguarding in perpetuity the confidentiality, integrity, and security of the academic records of all past, current, and future students engaged in study at the University.

As stewards and objective enforcers of institutional policies and practices, the employees of the office strive to accurately maintain essential processes for our students, faculty, administrators, and external constituents while supporting the core mission of the University.

We adhere to the best practices and ethical standards adopted by the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admission Officers (AACRAO) and to the Professional Standards for Higher Education as defined by the Council for the Advancement of Standards in Higher Education (CAS).
