Anthony E. Hubbard serves as a managing senior legal counsel, M&A and complex transactions, for CVS Health. Prior to joining CVS Health, Mr. Hubbard was a corporate and securities partner with Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. Previous career experiences include vice president, general counsel, and secretary of Designs, Inc., and associate attorney with Foley, Hoag & Eliot.
Mr. Hubbard serves a member of the Leadership Board with Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (Boston, MA), and is a member of the Board of Advisors of Community Servings (Jamaica Plain, MA).
Mr. Hubbard graduated from Seattle University magna cum laude with a B.A. in the humanities. He subsequently received an M.B.A. from Haas Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of California, Berkeley, and a J.D. from its School of Law. He has practiced law for more than 35 years, and enjoys travel, cooking, and playoff sports.
