Children's and Young Adult Literature Minor

Ever thought about writing your own children's story? In this minor, you will learn about the history and current trends in children's and young adult literature. Begin with a course in Expository Writing and then move on to a course in Writing for Children, in which students practice the narrative and expository techniques appropriate for children's books and magazines.
