Overview
Framingham State's Diversity Studies minor is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate and contribute to an increasingly diverse and interconnected world. Through an interdisciplinary approach, students will explore themes such as race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, socioeconomic status, and cultural identity. Our curriculum offers a variety of courses that examine historical contexts, contemporary issues, and future challenges related to diversity and inclusion. To earn a Diversity Studies minor, students must apply in writing to the Chair of the English, History, or Sociology Department.
