Join the Center for Student Experience and Black Student Union in presenting Hidden Figures, a movie following three African American women who served as the brains of one of the greatest operations in history - the movie will be followed by a discussion facilitated by BSU's very own members.
Diversity Dialogue: Beats as Resistance, Music as a Tool for Black Liberation

Join the CIE as we host Beats as Resistance: Music as a Tool for Black Liberation, an engaging presentation that explores how spirituals, jazz, reggae, hip-hop, and protest music have been used as powerful forms of communication, resistance, and survival. This experience will examine music not only as artistic expression, but also as political messaging and cultural empowerment across time and geography.
Black History Month: Taste of Culture - Food & Performance

Join the CIE for an afternoon of culture, connection, and celebration. Enjoy authentic Jamaican, Haitian, Ghanaian, and Soul cuisine, and take part in an open mic featuring spoken word and poetry. It’s a vibrant celebration of Black history, creativity, and community.
