Dr. Aierken Gulidanan (Donna) is an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at Framingham State University. She earned her Ph.D. in International Business from Southern New Hampshire University in 2025. She also holds an MBA in Global Supply Chain Management from Bryant University and a Master of Science in Finance from Johnson & Wales University.
Before transitioning into academia, Dr. Gulidanan worked at Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), a leading global semiconductor company, as a business planning analyst. Her professional background also includes roles in market research, international strategy, and marketing analytics, providing her with a strong foundation to connect business theory with real-world applications.
At Framingham State University, she has been lecturing courses such as Principles of Marketing and Brand Management. Her academic work has been presented at leading conferences, including the Academy of International Business U.S. Northeast Chapter and the MBAA International Conference.
Dr. Gulidanan’s research interests include digital marketing, brand development and positioning, and marketing analytics with a focus on data-driven decision-making. She is an active member of the American Marketing Association.
Outside of her academic and professional work, Dr. Gulidanan enjoys playing badminton, a hobby she has pursued for over 15 years.
