Andrew Franquiz currently works for the Massachusetts State Police Commonwealth Fusion Center as an Intelligence Analyst. In his role, he is responsible for receiving, classifying, and disseminating actionable intelligence on terrorism and public safety concerns. He is an alumnus within the Criminology program here at Framingham State University, and has since completed his M.S. at Northeastern University’s School of Criminology and Criminal Justice. As a Visiting Lecturer, he incorporates team-based learning (TBL) and personal reflection exercises which gives students the opportunity to make connections between the course material and their personal lives, the lives of their friends and families, and their communities.
