Dr. Cherie Comeau is an accomplished talent development leader and small business owner with more than 15 years of experience in the higher education and corporate sectors. She currently serves as the Director of Talent Development at Consigli Construction Co., Inc., where she leads learning and organizational development initiatives and supports the growth of both the company and its people across multiple regions.
Dr. Comeau is also a certified executive coach, a Certified Genos Emotional Intelligence Practitioner and holds multiple other certifications in leadership and talent development. In addition to her role at Consigli, Dr. Comeau is the owner of CC Leadership Solutions, LLC, where she provides executive and leadership coaching, as well as professional development workshops tailored to the needs of her clients.
Previously, Dr. Comeau served in various workforce training and development roles with several higher education institutions in Massachusetts such as Worcester State University (WSU), Quinsigamond Community College (QCC) and Middlesex Community College (MCC), including as an adjunct faculty member teaching psychology and business courses at QCC.
She holds a Doctor of Education in organizational leadership from Northeastern University, an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Arts in psychological and brain sciences from Dartmouth College, where she was a 4-year varsity student-athlete. In addition to her role on the Framingham State University’s Board of Trustees, Dr. Comeau is also a longtime member of the Corridor 9/495 Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors.
