Experience: 20+ years of service as a member of the Massachusetts Senate (1971-1993) serving as Chair of the Legislature’s Health Care Committee for much of that time. Experience practicing law in small and large firms, working as a lobbyist for a regional health insurance company. 50+ years of experience teaching graduate courses at Framingham State University with a focus on health care policy, law, and regulation.
