Ted Flanagan is a writer, journalist, and paramedic from central Massachusetts. His fiction has appeared in the journals Shotgun Honey, Mystery Tribune, and Punk Noir Magazine, while his journalism and essays have appeared in the Boston Globe and WBUR's Cognoscenti (where his 2015 essay on being among the country's worst Little League coaches was recently honored as one of the site's 10-best essays from its first decade of existence). His novel Every Hidden Thing was published in 2021 by PenguinRandomHouse/Crooked Lane Books, with subsequent publication in France and the UK.
