Erin Nechipurenko, Esq. is widely respected for her strategic insight, collaborative leadership style, and unwavering commitment to supporting vibrant, inclusive learning and working environments. With twenty-five years of distinguished leadership experience in education, including ten years at Massachusetts College of Art and Design and thirteen years at Framingham State University, her career reflects a strong devotion to public education and a proven ability to guide institutions through both opportunities and complex challenges. 

Erin is returning to FSU after serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at St. Paul’s School in Concord, New Hampshire, where she led HR strategy and operations, advanced systems, developed policies, and organizational practices that strengthened institutional effectiveness. In addition to her extensive HR expertise, Erin brings significant legal and regulatory experience in contract review and analysis, drafting and negotiating MOUs, MOAs, and institutional agreements, interpreting complex laws, regulations, and policies, guiding institutions through novel and evolving policy landscapes, conducting sensitive investigations, and ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements.

She earned her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Wheaton College.  She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar.
