India is a Licensed Educational Psychologist who has been servicing the Framingham public school district as a school psychologist since 2017. She attended Union College where she received a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Africana Studies. India went on to complete a three-year School Psychology graduate program at Tufts University. She received a Masters of Arts degree (M.A.) as well as an advanced Educational Specialist Degree (Ed.S.). After India’s initial year as a school psychologist, she recognized students’ need for more trauma-informed care and enrolled in a one-year program at Cambridge College where she received a certificate in Trauma Studies. India is excited to now service a wider range of students through her role as a part-time counselor at Framingham State University. With trauma-informed and person-centered approaches to counseling, India hopes to cultivate a welcoming and safe space for students.
