Dr. Ishara Mill-Henry is an Associate Professor in the Department of Chemistry and Food Science and the Coordinator of the Bibbs Fellowship Program at Framingham State University. She is also Director of the AGEP-MSU Alliance which is an NSF-funded initiative to develop, implement, and institutionalize an equity-minded model for advancing early career STEM faculty who are members of AGEP populations: African Americans, Hispanic Americans, American Indians, Alaska Natives, Native Hawaiians, and Native Pacific Islanders.
