Kianna Bauer, M.B.A., is the Rams Resource Center Coordinator and Case Manager at Framingham State University.
In this role, she supports students experiencing food, housing, financial, and other basic needs challenges by connecting them with campus and community resources and providing individualized support.
She oversees the Rams Resource Center, working to expand access to essential resources and build partnerships that promote student well-being and success.
Kianna also serves as a Deputy Title IX Coordinator and SHAPE (Sexual Harassment and Assault Prevention & Education) Educator, where she coordinates prevention education, outreach, and support related to sexual misconduct, relationship violence, and stalking.
She earned both her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Master of Business Administration from Framingham State University.
Her work is focused on reducing barriers to student success and ensuring all students have access to the resources and support they need to thrive.
