Dr. Crosier earned his BS degrees in Exercise Science and Human Nutrition from The University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He also completed his dietetic internship through UMass and is a Registered Dietitian. He earned his PhD in Nutritional Biochemistry from Tufts University.
