Dr. Mullaney has been a Professor at Framingham State University since the fall of 2008, primarily in the MSN program developing and teaching the Leadership concentration courses in addition to core courses. Nursing education has been her focus and passion for the past 35 years, having taught in LPN, Diploma, ADN, BSN, and MSN programs. She also worked in staff development at Framingham Union Hospital (FUH) for 5 years. Prior to that, Dr. Mullaney was an assistant nurse manager on a surgical floor at FUH. She held the title of Department Chair for Nursing for 12 years. Her research interests include Nursing leadership and management development, faculty and curriculum development, and barriers to herd immunity in populations.
