Tobi Russell is currently Executive Vice President and member of the Public Consulting Groups’ (PCG) executive team reporting directly to the President. She is responsible for the Human Capital Management strategic development, oversight and implementation of human capital initiatives including talent acquisition, talent development, business partnership, employee relations, risk management & compliance and learning & development programs for a rapidly growing global consulting firm.
Prior to joining Public Consulting Group, Tobi was the Vice President at Cumberland Gulf Group of Companies, as well as Vice President of HR Service Delivery at Hanover Insurance, Worcester, MA. Her 30 plus years in Human Resources spans various industries including 15 years at Fidelity Investments. Tobi has an undergraduate degree from Boston College in Human Development and a Master’s Degree from University of Massachusetts, Boston in Instructional Design.
