Self Defense
The program is taught by members of our department who are certified self-defense instructors. The program is a basic physical defense course for individuals and the objective is "to develop and enhance options of self-defense so they may become viable considerations for the person who is attacked." This program teaches individuals to depend on themselves to be responsible in decision making and gives them a realization of physical power. Self-defense not only empowers but changes lives.
