Marketing Students Win Competition

Five senior Marketing Students at Framingham State University have won the Clinton Savings Bank Student Ambassador Project. The competition tasked groups of students to come up with a marketing campaign for the bank to increase the number of new checking accounts it opens each month from 12 to 30.

The students needed to establish a plan based on a $50,000 budget and then present it to the bank. Each of the students on the FSU team received $500 for winning the competition.

The competition was included as part of Professor Sandra Rahman's MRKT 480 Strategic Marketing capstone course this semester.

The students are:

Kathleen Moore
Cynthia Dowdy
Nicholas Miranda
John Keil
Alex Hooper
