Parking on Campus

***IMPORTANT UPDATE 09/16/2022***

Fall 2022 & Spring 2023 SEMESTER:

Parking permits ordering is currently underway, and most people have been sent there emails. However we know that not everyone has received an email from Passport Labs. Please be sure to check your spam folders periodically as there is a chance the emails may have been sent there by mistake. If you do not see an email with a link code in your inbox or spam folder please email parking@framingham.edu with your information and they will issue you a link code. If you have received your email but are having difficulties updating information please clear your cache and refresh your browser, if that does not fix the issue please try changing your browser. We have found that this tends to solve the problem. If you are still unable to edit information please contact parking@framingham.edu.

We also know that many people have ordered there permits but these have not yet arrived in the mail. If you are still waiting on ordering your permit, or have not yet received your permit, please come to University Police with your vehicle information. University Police will issue you a temporary pass good for 2 weeks for your designated lot.

If you have received duplicate permits in the mail please check to see if the code listed on the permits below your license plate both match. If they are matches you can dispose of the extra permit, this is a printing error that resulted in duplicate permits being mailed out. If they do not match please contact parking@framingham.edu and they will cancel one of the permits.

If you received a permit without adhesive on it this is a printing error and you will need to contact parking@framingham.edu, they will cancel the permit that was misprinted and re-issue you a new permit. Please come to University Police to obtain a temporary parking pass in the interim.

Again we thank you all for your patience in this matter and we are working to resolve things as swiftly as possible.
