How do I find my Framingham State University Student ID?
You can access your Student ID by following these steps:
- Visit the Framingham State University website and select My Framingham.
- Click on Students.
- Locate and select Student Profile (found on the right side of the page).
- Log in using your FSU email address and password.
- Your Student ID will be displayed within your Student Profile.
How can I regain access to my FSU email account?
If you still want to have access to your FSU account, please contact the IT team at it [at] framingham.edu (it[at]framingham[dot]edu) for assistance. To help verify your identity, please have your date of birth available when contacting the IT team.
How do I request an official academic transcript?
Official academic transcripts include your course history, grades, GPA, and graduation date.
To request a transcript:
- Visit Parchment - Order Here Framingham State University's official transcript provider.
- Follow the instructions to submit your transcript request online.
How do I request a notarized academic transcript?
If you need a notarized academic transcript:
- Contact the Registrar's Office by email to let them know you require a notarized transcript.
- After notifying the Registrar's Office, submit your transcript request through Parchment, Framingham State University's official transcript provider. Parchment - Order Here
The Registrar's Office will coordinate the notarization process once your request has been received.
How Can I order a replacement diploma?

Please note:
- All outstanding financial obligations to the University must be resolved
- All required information, payment, and any necessary signatures must be provided
- Payment must be included with your request
- Processing time is up to sixteen weeks
- Diplomas are mailed via U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

How do I obtain an apostille for my diploma?
If you need your Framingham State University diploma apostilled for use outside the United States, follow these steps:
Step 1: Have your diploma notarized
Your original diploma must first be notarized by Framingham State University.
Please contact the Registrar's Office at registrarsoffice [at] framingham.edu (registrarsoffice[at]framingham[dot]edu) to request this service.
Step 2: Complete the apostille request
After your diploma has been notarized:
- Complete the Massachusetts Apostille Request Form form .
- Pay the required processing fee.
Step 3: Submit your request
Mail or deliver the following to the Massachusetts Secretary of the Commonwealth:
- Your notarized diploma
- The completed Apostille Request Form
- The required payment
