See some of the region's unbelievable museums!

Did you know that in addition to having our very own museum a short walk from campus, Framingham State University students can also gain access to two of the country's most renown museums located in Boston? Sponsored by the Arts & Ideas program! All the details are below:

Museum of Fine Arts Boston

Visit the Museum of Fine Arts (MFA) in Boston's Back Bay. The MFA is the fifth largest museum in the United States, featuring more than 450,000 works of art. Framingham State University undergraduate students will get free access to the museum. To complete the eligibility form, click here.

The Institute of Contemporary Art

Visit the Institute of Contemporary Art (ICA) in Boston’s Seaport.

  • ICA membership allows students, faculty, and staff to visit the ICA for free.
  • Follow the instructions on this page www.icaboston.org/university-membership/ and use our promo code: FSU2024ICA
  • Present the ticket receipt along with your FSU ID to the museum staff.

Danforth Art Museum at Framingham State University

Finally, don't forget to visit our very own Danforth Museum, located a short walk from campus on the Framingham Centre Common. The Museum’s Permanent Collection focuses on American art from the 19th century to the present day. Changing exhibitions feature both historic works and the works of contemporary artists. FSU students, faculty, and staff have free and unrestricted access to all exhibits on display.
