Statement of Non-Discrimination

Such behaviors violate the University’s Policy of Nondiscrimination, may also violate the University’s Title IX Sexual Harassment Policy, will not be tolerated, and may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination or expulsion.

The University has appointed a Title IX Coordinator to oversee its compliance of applicable policy, including compliance with Title IX and other state and federal laws prohibiting sex-based discrimination. Inquiries about Title IX may be referred to the University’s Title IX Coordinator, the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights, or both. To report information about conduct that may constitute sex-based discrimination or make a complaint of sex discrimination under Title IX, please contact the Title IX Coordinator.
