Antonia Thompson is a seasoned legal professional with a dedicated career in public service and social justice. Since March 2021, she has served as the Director of Racial Justice Initiatives at the Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office, where she spearheads programs designed to address racial disparities and promote equity within the justice system.

Prior to this role, she was the Project Manager for the Restorative Justice Project at the Stamford Mayor’s Youth Services Bureau from 2010 to 2021. In this position, Thompson led initiatives aimed at rehabilitating youth offenders through community-based solutions, reducing recidivism, and fostering a more restorative approach to justice. Her expertise includes program development, community outreach, and the implementation of policies that support systemic change.

Thompson's commitment to justice and equity drives her continued efforts to enhance community relations and promote inclusive practices within the legal framework. Her well-rounded perspective of the criminal justice system is informed by her experiences as both a public defender and a prosecutor, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the system.

In addition to her professional roles, Thompson is an adjunct professor at the Boston College Woods School, where she shares her extensive knowledge and experience with the next generation of legal professionals. Recently, she was appointed to the Framingham State University Board of Trustees, further extending her impact on higher education and community engagement.
