John C. Picardi is a multifaceted artist and educator, he is a writer, painter, and classical trained chef.
He has achieved success as a published and produced playwright, with works like "The Sweepers" and "Seven Rabbits on a Pole" performed across the USA, earning reviews in The New York Times and LA Times. Picardi is also a published novelist, with titles like "Oliver Pepper's Pickle" and "Nincompoop" showcasing his literary achievements. With an MFA from Carnegie Mellon University and degrees from the University of Massachusetts at Boston, Johnson & Wales University and a PBC in painting from University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth.
Picardi has taught at various institutions, including Quincy College, Framingham State University, and Wentworth Institute of Technology. He has guided students in English composition, creative writing, and literature, fostering critical thinking and effective writing skills.
Picardi's culinary expertise is evident in his food blog, "Mastering the Art of Pigging Out," and articles published in South Shore Magazine.
