Karen McGrail is the Director of the John C. Stalker Institute of Food and Nutrition at Framingham State University, which provides professional development and resources to school nutrition professionals throughout Massachusetts. She also serves as a part-time faculty member in the Department of Nutrition and Health Studies.
Professor McGrail earned both her bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition and her MEd in Nutrition Education at Framingham State.
