Yvonne Yoneshige is the administrative coordinator for the English Language Programs and Community Education at FSU. She provides support to students and instructors and maintains and enhances the program’s operational processes. Yvonne joined the ELP team after working over 30 years in the IT industry as a developer, program manager, and solution consultant. She received an AB in Linguistics from Cornell University, an MA in Audiology from Northwestern University, an MS in Information Systems from Northeastern University, and Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. Yvonne also volunteers as an independent ESOL tutor and a conversation partner in the International Institute of New England ESOL program. In her spare time, she enjoys going for walks with family and friends, participating in a book club, and practicing tai chi and qi gong.
