The newest member of the Fan and Youth Engagement staff

For Camille Graffeo ’26, turning a lifelong passion into a career is already becoming a reality.

A Hospitality and Tourism Management major at Framingham State University, Graffeo recently landed a position with the Boston Red Sox on their Fan and Youth Engagement staff—an opportunity that blends her professional goals with her personal connection to the team.

“Being from Boston, the Red Sox are such a huge part of our culture here,” she says. “I grew up going to games, so I love the team and what they mean in the community.”

In her role, Graffeo will focus on creating meaningful experiences for fans and engaging younger audiences—work that aligns closely with her long-term aspirations in hospitality and tourism.

“Creating those memorable moments and promoting engagement with youth and fans is really what I want to do,” she says, noting she hopes to grow within the organization.

Even as she steps into this exciting opportunity, Graffeo has been expanding her perspective abroad. She spent her final semester studying at Florence University of the Arts, traveling extensively throughout Italy and beyond.

From exploring cities like Rome and Bologna to visiting the Amalfi Coast and attending the Opening Ceremony of the Winter Olympics in Cortina d'Ampezzo, her time abroad has been filled with once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

“It’s been amazing,” she says. “I was in Africa last week and I’m going to Croatia this weekend.”

Living with 12 other students and navigating new cultures, Graffeo developed independence and a global mindset—skills that will serve her well as she begins her career.

With a dream role already secured and a world of experiences behind her, Graffeo is well on her way to building a future centered on connection, community, and unforgettable moments.
