A story about two former Framingham State University baseball teammates who gave birth to twins in the same hospital on the same day is going viral.

Chris Blydell ‘12 and Justin Stanizzi ’13 played together for the Rams just over a decade ago and have remained friends ever since. Their wives gave birth to fraternal twins on July 21st at Mount Auburn Hospital in Cambridge. 

Justin and Allison Stanizzi are parents to Sloane and Salvatore, while Chris and Michela Blydell welcomed Reece and Brooks. The families say they plan to go to the beach every year together for their birthdays.
