Withdrawing from a course, but not the University

   Students who withdraw   are refunded:
   Up to the last day of Add/Drop Deadline   100%
   After the Add/Drop Deadline   0%
   Students who withdraw   are refunded:
   Up to the last day of Add/Drop Deadline   100%
   After the Add/Drop Deadline   0%
   Students who withdraw   are refunded:

For courses with tuition of $200 and above, students who officially withdraw will receive refunds as follows:

   Students who withdraw   are refunded:
   Before the 1st day of courses that term   100%
   After the 1st week, but before the 2nd week   90% of tuition
   After the 2nd week, but before the 3rd week   75% of tuition
   After the 3rd week of class  0%

For courses with tuition under $200, students who officially withdraw will receive refunds as follows:

   Students who withdraw   are refunded:
   Before the first class meeting   100%
   On or after the 1st class meeting   0%
  • 4-Week Online Professional Development Courses for Educators (1-credit), students who officially withdraw will receive refunds as follows:
   Students who withdraw   are refunded:
   Before the first day of course(s)   100%
   Thru the 5th calendar day of the session   50%
   After the 5th calendar day of the session   0%
  • Full Semester Professional Development Courses for Educators (2-credit), students who officially withdraw will receive refunds as follows:

  • Professional Development Courses Offered through Partnering Sites, students who officially withdraw will receive refunds as follows:
