Mental Health Promotion

We host outreach, suicide prevention programming like Fresh Check Day, and well-being events to help students thrive. We also provide regular campus opportunities to destress through pet therapy visits and craft activities.

For mental health counseling with a professional mental health clinician, please visit the Counseling Center.

Mindfulness and Meditation

We offer everything from 1-minute to 4-week-long opportunities to practice mindfulness and meditation. Our staff are certified mindfulness and meditation teachers who welcome all students; beginners are encouraged to give it a try.

Sleep and Stress Management

We offer individual sessions, small group activities, and campus-wide fairs to help students learn practical ways to improve their sleep and manage their stress.

Substance Use Prevention and Harm Reduction

We offer nonjudgmental, confidential harm reduction and prevention resources related to alcohol, cannabis, nicotine, and other drugs. We provide personalized wellness planning for individuals as well as interactive workshops and educational events for campus groups.

For clinical care for substance use, please visit the Counseling Center.

Sexual Health Promotion

We offer inclusive sexual health education and free wellness resources for all students.

For clinical sexual health care—such as routine check-ups, contraception options, or confidential STI testing with a medical provider—please connect directly with the Health Center.

Physical Activity Promotion

We offer casual opportunities to get active with fellow students and help you build supportive, everyday physical activity goals.

For the campus gym facilities, weight rooms, and structured exercise classes, please visit the Athletics department.

Healthy Relationships and Violence Prevention

We offer supportive and inclusive healthy relationship programming and education focused on communication, boundaries, and positive connections.

For additional resources and advocacy regarding consent, sexual violence, or unhealthy relationships, please visit SHAPE and the Counseling Center.
