SEALS
Wellness and Prevention is also home to the SEALS (Support, Education, Action, Leadership, Strength) student leaders who are paid, trained providers, that provide FSU community with interactive, educational programs on health and wellness issues. They host interactive tables across campus, and host larger events too. This is a paid leadership position. Interested? Fresh Check Day
Wellness and Prevention hosts a Fresh Check Day event, an annual suicide prevention and mental health promotion fair.
Paws 4 Paws
Wellness and Prevention hosts Pause 4 Paws events during stressful times of the year so students can relax with therapy dogs.

We are located in Foster Hall, room 208. Foster Hall is home to the Counseling Center, Health Center and the Office of Wellness Education. It is centrally located between O'Connor Hall and the McCarthy Center, on the corner of Maynard Road and State Street.
