Professor Schwartz is the Coordinator of the Master of Education Concentration in Nutrition Education. She teaches a variety of undergraduate and graduate nutrition courses.  Her areas of specialty include sociocultural aspects of food, child nutrition, and nutrition education.

Andrea Gorman, PhD, MS, RD, LDN

Assistant Professor and Director Coordinated Program in Dietetics

Dr. Gorman teaches a variety of courses with food, culture and society.  She specializes in health literacy, nutrition support and intervention, overweight/obesity co-morbidity issues.

Brian Souza, Ph.D., ACSM EP-C

Brian specializes in behavioral aspects of physical activity and wellness.  He teaches courses in personal and community health, personal training, exercise testing and prescriptions, wellness behavior, internship in health and wellness.
