CELTSS DAY-DIVISION PART-TIME FACULTY FUNDING APPLICATION

Course Release Application
Click HERE to complete a CELTSS course release application.
Deadlines:
- 10/3/24 - Round 1
- 12/2/24 – Round 2 & Course releases for Fall 2025 and Spring 2026
- 2/27/25 – Round 3
Each individual may receive up to a $1,500 maximum award, in each category, in each funding round.
Individuals can apply to multiple categories in the same round for different projects. Individuals can apply to multiple rounds for the same project.
Applicants are expected to use their departmental travel allocations before seeking CELTSS funding in any category.
The Funding subcommittee reserves the right to consider the feasibility of the project, the fit with the CELTSS charge to support faculty development, the number of applications per individual, and the range of other applications in each round of funding.

CELTSS DOES NOT PROVIDE FUNDING FOR STUDENT TRAVEL

Dr. Zahra Tohidinia
Dr. Zahra Tohidinia, Assistant Professor at Framingham State University, has recently published an article titled "Declining demand in the antiques market: insights from an online community" in the Journal of Historical Research in Marketing.
Dr. Honggang (Hugh) Qiu
Dr. Honggang (Hugh) Qiu, Assistant Professor at Framingham State University, had 4 students from his Investments class (FINA 445) who demonstrated exceptional skill in the Global ETF Challenge Spring 2024.


Drs. Sarah Pilkenton and Shelli Waetzig
Drs. Sarah Pilkenton and Shelli Waetzig, Professors in the Chemistry and Food Science Department, were recently awarded more than $500,000 in funding by the Mass Life Sciences Center for their "Bio- technology Equipment and Training Program Grant".
