Dr. Dana Fusco, Executive Director
Responsible for developing, leading, and managing all college access and early college/dual enrollment initiatives, as well as outreach and partnership initiatives that engage diverse partner constituencies and underserved communities from Boston to Milford. This position has significant responsibility for creating, building, and maintaining strong community partnerships and developing and sustaining a strong internal team. Erika Reyes-Gittleman, Associate Director of College and Career Planning
Responsible for the programs and activities for participants, grades 11 through 12-, and one-year post-secondary. Provides on the ground support to high school staff, students and families and helps coordinate the daily operations, classes, events and wraparound supports for participants.

Mabel Grace Mathias, Associate Director of College Readiness
Responsible for the programs and activities for participants, grades 8 through 10. Provides on the ground support to high school staff, students and families and helps coordinate the daily operations, classes, events and wraparound supports for participants.
Uyen Hong, Data and Enrollment Support
Provides data collection and management for FSU, MBCC, and the three partner districts, including monitoring and collecting data, and creating, analyzing, and editing reports and dashboards for program needs. Provides platform and user support including Salesforce, Moodle, and Signal Vine. Offers data and enrollment support to faculty and staff. Responsible for collecting and processing program applications and registrations.
Christopher Daly, Administrative Assistant I
Responsible for providing administrative support to the Executive and Senior Directors, with a focus on managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and overseeing purchasing and travel arrangements. Additionally, handles confidential information, processing contracts, maintaining databases, responding to program inquiries, updating online content, and supporting outreach and recruitment efforts.
