The Framingham State Tuition Promise
Framingham State University is proud to announce the Framingham State Tuition Promise, a bold new commitment ensuring that a high-quality public education is within reach for more students across Massachusetts.
Beginning in Spring 2026, any admitted Massachusetts undergraduate student whose household income is $85,000 or less will pay zero in tuition and fees to attend Framingham State. This does not include expenses like housing and meals, but additional financial aid is available for those who qualify.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the Framingham State Tuition Promise, you must:
- Be a Massachusetts resident
- Have a Household income of $85,000 or less
- Complete the FAFSA
- Start full-time, in a degree program, at FSU in Spring or Fall 2026
