Kim Sternick

General Manager, Warren Conference Center and Inn

Kim joined Flik Hospitality Group in 2011 as General Manager of The Warren Conference Center and Inn. Kim has over 25 years of experience in food & beverage, events, restaurant openings, project management, HR and overall operations management. In her current role as General Manager she oversees all aspects of the Warren Conference Center and Inn.

Joey Magnani

University Community Club Operations Manager

Joey joined Flik and the team at the Warren Conference Center and Inn in 2019. With a passion for people, sports and recreation he has been very involved in the planning of the University Community Club (UCC). In his role of Operations Manager, he is responsible for conference and overall operations.

Michael Ianiro

Chief Engineer

A carpenter by trade, Michael has been at The Warren Conference Center and Inn for over 25 years in facilities management. Michael joined Flik in 2007 and is responsible for the overall maintenance of all buildings, equipment and landscaping.
