Josue Chery, MD
Dr. Josue Chery is originally from Everett, MA and graduated from Everett High School. He graduated from Framingham State in 2003 as a Biology Major, with a concentration in Biomedical Science. Josue attended the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester, MA and graduated in 2010. He is currently doing his residency in general surgery at New York Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn. Says Dr. Chery, "I want FSU students to know that the education they receive at FSU is as good as anywhere else and they ought to be proud of being at FSU. The Biology department provides students with all the tools they need to be admitted and to succeed in medical school."
Shaun Farraher, MD
Dr. Shaun Farraher grew up in Tewksbury, Massachusetts and attended Shawsheen Technical High School. He graduated from Framingham State in 2005 with a Biology major (Pre-Health Concentration) and a Biochemistry minor. Shaun attended the American University of the Caribbean Medical School. He is currently a resident physician in Family Medicine at the University of Massachusetts School Of Medicine.
Julia Wikinson, DVM
Dr. Julia Wilkinson is originally from Quincy, Massachusetts. She graduated from Framingham State College in 2006 with a degree in Biology. Julia attended the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University. She is currently working as a large animal veterinarian at the Equine Clinic at OakenCroft in Ravena, NY.
Joseph Tennyson, MD
Dr. Joseph Tennyson began his medical career as an EMT/Paramedic. He graduated from Framingham State in 2001 with a Biochemistry degree. Joseph attended the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester and graduated in 2005. He did his residency in Emergency Medicine and was appointed as the Assistant Medical Director of the hospital’s Life Flight rescue program. Joseph is now an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at UMASS Medical School.
